Service Scope and Limitations
Alvest lets you track equities, crypto assets, investment funds, commodities, precious metals and currencies in a single dashboard, with tax computation, alerts and AI-assisted summaries.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Market data is sourced from third parties (Finnhub, CoinGecko, Binance, Yahoo Finance and others) and may be delayed, inaccurate or interrupted. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any figures shown. Please verify material decisions against authoritative sources.
Not Investment Advice
Alvest does not provide investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management or any other regulated financial service. We are not an authorised investment firm. All content - including AI analyses, charts, computations, comparisons, trend commentary and tax estimates - is provided for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.
All investment decisions are yours. Alvest is not liable for any gains or losses arising from those decisions. Crypto assets are volatile and may lose their entire value. Tax computations are indicative; please consult a qualified tax advisor.
Accounts and Security
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Use by individuals under 18 is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify destek@alvest.app immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. All activity on your account is attributed to you. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
Subscription Plans, Pricing and Billing
The Service is offered under three plans: Free, Pro and Premium. Current prices are published on /pricing and are displayed in your local currency inclusive of applicable taxes via Paddle.
Paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Your invoice and bank statement may reference "Paddle". VAT / sales tax is collected and remitted by Paddle in accordance with applicable law.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period. A renewal reminder is sent by e-mail beforehand. You may cancel at any time via your settings or the Paddle customer portal (paddle.net).
Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Your right of withdrawal and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy (/refund). In summary, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, where you expressly consent to immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right, withdrawal may not apply. Alvest will nonetheless review refund requests within 14 days of purchase where the Service has not been used or where a material defect prevented use.

- Keys are stored in your browser in encrypted form only; they are never transmitted to our servers.
